Thank you for your continued contributions to Satori Enterprises. Your work within Advanced Biomedical Systems over the previous ██ years continues to support essential initiatives throughout our global operations.

Following a routine review conducted by the Office of Internal Harmony, several matters relating to your recent correspondence have been identified. While your technical performance remains above expected standards, we believe certain professional decisions made during this period require clarification. We wish to emphasize that we do not consider your actions malicious. We understand that scientific personnel are often motivated by curiosity, responsibility, and a desire to improve. However, good intentions do not remove the need for appropriate discretion.

After consideration, we believe your recent actions were inconsistent with your future within Satori Enterprises.

Satori Enterprises has always recognized that progress requires individuals willing to question existing assumptions. Many external parties continue to describe Satori Enterprises primarily as a pharmaceutical organization. This description is understandable, though incomplete. While pharmaceutical development remains one of our most visible fields, our operations extend across regenerative medicine, prosthetic systems, skin and organ fabrication, radiation treatment, agricultural technologies, water purification infrastructure, medical logistics and █████ ████ █████████.

Medicine is simply the service most frequently associated with our name. Continuity, however, is the purpose behind all of them.

The continuity of human life requires systems capable of maintaining function before, during and after periods of instability. This principle has guided Satori Enterprises through the Age of Steel Skies and remains central to every division operating under our organization. The Iron War has presented many challenges to our principles and our continued responsibility to ensure continuity. 

For this reason we take matters of internal security very seriously.

Several references within your personal correspondence were identified as relating to restricted facilities and internal initiatives. Those references have since been redacted in archived communications and appropriate corrections have been implemented. Please remember that Satori Enterprises maintains numerous research locations operating under separate security classifications. Awareness of Facility ██████ does not indicate operational relevance, and awareness of an initiative does not constitute authorization for disclosure.

Furthermore, Project █████ remains restricted to personnel whose assigned responsibilities require direct involvement.

We appreciate your understanding that scientific curiosity must always be balanced against operational necessity.

Regarding your comments on the continued development of the Oni platform, we would like to address several inaccurate assumptions currently circulating among external parties. Satori Enterprises does not maintain offensive military capabilities. Our “mechs”, if such a crass term is appropriate, exist to protect research facilities, manufacturing infrastructure and humanitarian logistics corridors in the Eurasian Corporate Zone and beyond. Medical resources possess little value if they cannot reach those who require them.

But with these issues out of the way, this review should not be interpreted as a rejection of your service. Realignment remains possible.

Following evaluation by the Office of Internal Harmony, adjustments will be made to your current assignment structure. Additional information regarding your revised responsibilities will be provided during your scheduled briefing. Your compensation, healthcare access and existing employee benefits will remain active during this transition. As part of Satori Enterprises' continued commitment to employee wellbeing, you and your immediate family have been enrolled in the Premium Continuity Programme, effective immediately.
